 Coolness: 75805 | Companies and people that get a lot of packages can often sign a signature release, meaning they want packages left even if there's no one to sign for them.... in that case, the driver would usually not be required to get a signature when delivering it. |

 Coolness: 158905 | Hah, thought I hadn't posted yet, but yeah, ^that's^ roughly my hypothesis. Perhaps the previous tenant had signed releases for packages to be left at the doorstep, and y'know, perhaps it's still something that's active in their systems.
