 Coolness: 158800 | Fair enough. Still, a quick google search and I'm seeing quite a few B&Bs in Montreal for less than half the price, some awesome-looking, and in better locations.
Hell, a room at the W would only run you a bill more. So yeah, even if the CyB&B Loft was $100 cheaper, I still wouldn't go. But heh, I guess they could always manage to screw tourists up :) |

tourists will want to be downtown montreal, they dont want to take the metro to go "home" locals will want to go places like mont-tremblant, so they have something to see. verdun is a bad place for a B&B... btw, do you have all the legal permits to run a B&B? and whats the breakfast you offer? |

I'd redo some research if I were you. And having seen the Cyber Loft, even with whatever renos were done, it'd never be worth $200 a night. And let's not even start with the neighborhood. And "n'importe quel hôtel"... You sure about that? 'sides, unless you cause physical damage to the room or make too much noise, any good hotel manager will not care what happens in his room. Again, good luck. But IMHO, you won't get tenants even if you cut your prices in half. |
