2012, End Of Vinyls Records?

 Coolness: 148175 | I've heard that in 2012, records won't be on vinyls anymore and that the scientist are currently tryin to find a new material to work with.
The law have been adopted since vinyls records are ''desuettes'' and very polluative. . does anybody knows anything about that?????????? |

 Coolness: 86495 | i have heard about this but haven`t bothered to check into it. most of the vinyl I buy and sell is stuff that was long long out of print anyway. new technologies always take over - I aint sweating it. I`ll keep up with whatever new comes along, but keep my crates of nice old vinyl and my 1200s too =)
I really need to get a laptop and serato - that`ll be my next investment. anyone know if there is something better than serato going to be released soon? |

I've always wondered about the pollutive side of vinyl, Cause once a vinyl is scratched or broken, its basically garbage, And there are probably hundreds of thousands of tons of records sitting in landfills polluting the environment as we speak! hey Necko Cut ta tête, même si tu va avoir le cash pour te pogner le cutterhead, le point est qu'en 2012 le pétrole, la matière pour fabriquer les vinyls va devenir une matière protégée par je ne sais trop quoi et que ca va couter des fortunes. Le pourquoi que les scientifiques travaillent a trouver des médiums autres, tel le chanvre ou le verre (pfhaha, un skeud de verre, imagine le délire quand tu les charrit). . et supossément qu'en chanvre ca coute 3 fois le prix. donc pour l'instant la partie est loin d'être gagnée. Dans mon cas c'est clair que je mixerais jamais aux CD, j'hais ca pour crever même sur les CDJ de technics. .
