I totally remember that! There was also that one with the kids that could go into a stamp to travel, and La Grenouille et la Baleine that were total classics!

We watched this in French class where I went to school, and we couldn't help but find it strange that the Chinese kid's pubes grow long instead of into an afro. So we were supposed to summarize scenes of the movie to kids in the grade 10 French class, and we ended up describing the scene but changing it so that the kid had a pubic afro. We were supposed to use visual aids so I even drew it. But damn that movie is creepy. Especially that goddamned "when you're a child" song.
I'm feeling virulent right now..

Tommy Tricker and the stamp traveler? I remember when the director was touring elementary schools for casting for the sequel. They're up there with la guerre des tuques and jacob two two.

c'est parce que dans le temps les voix en français étaient pas toute fait par Yves Corbeil.

Alors on pensait que c'était leur vrai voix. ;-)

What was this movie call?

the one where the kids had to do an initiation.. One had to swing down a clothes liner, one had to get into a tire and roll down the hill.
I think it was Quebec made.

OMG! You actually know these people! Wow. Nah, man... My Dad used to date Nila, and then they moved into together in Pointe-Claire. Me and brother used to torture those two, but we were all cool.

Have you heard from those two?
