| I think they call them whipped cream chargers, or just chargers. They aren't that hard to find. Just look up stuff needed to make whipped cream, and you can probably find a few places that sell it. Just remember, it most cases it is at very low temperatures so you should release it into a ballon first to warm it up before inhalation |

| there is a store around st-laurent/chabanel/port-royal... that i have not been in... but apparently they sell them there. c'est de la fourniture pour patissiers. |
