take from a person that works out side in the all weather
let's face it we spend little less then half our lives the deep freeze, so why not do it in comfort?
two thing you need to do is stop wind and wetness. If you are using natural fiber as base lair then you cold later on
what makes you cold being wet and the wind making u cold...
If you want to play dress for it....
