 Coolness: 685565 | I don't know how I'm ever going to manage to listen to any other DJ ever again after that. 25 minutes into a 2 hour set and it was already the best DnB set I've ever heard in my life. Those mixes were so fucking tight and razor-sharp in precision that emos could have cut their wrists by putting them on the speakers. Hell, my Ableton mixes aren't as tight as that, and I do them over the course of a couple of days; they were mixing live!
Only caught the end of Bassic and Mayday.. Good stuff though! Subtone and Stalker, holy fuck. Amaaaaaazing neurofunkieness from start to finnish (pleeeeeeeeeeeeeease I need that breaks track from the end pleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleasepleaseplease) Nice and smooth set with some classics from Corey K.. Man that was an amazing party. |

 Coolness: 152980 | cetais eceurant, jsait pas c qui entre teebee ou calyx qui scratchais, mais calise, jai jamais vu ca, un boute les 2 tounes jouait en meme temps pi lui y scratchait, rien debeatais meme pas une seconde, pi bang au breakdown y coupe la track, ca c sans compter les cut qui fesait on-the-fly, avec juste un 8 temps de toune!
de la moitier du set que jai vu, yon toute mixer sur cd, donc si 2 dj de dnb mixe 100% cd, personne peut dire que c'est plus cool/mieu/plus professionel de mixer sur des 1200 que des cdj BOOM, AMAZING! and the place is classy, that serveur made amazing bloody ceasar, even if the price of alcohol there is exorbitant! and the subwoofers were not even working, its drum and BASS guys, not drum and silence! |

 Coolness: 32605 | In a life of raving I broke a new record : I stayed all in all 20 mins. That's 50c a minute. Fucking Joke. Was there a sound system there, I repeat was there a sound system ? Absolutely No frequencies bellow 100Hz, none, I spent the 20mins moving all around the room trying to find a sweet spot, or even an half decent one with a little feeling of bass. Guess what there was none. Absolute Disgrace. How can you organise a drum AND BASS night in such a place ?? waste of a perfecly good Nexo system too, stupid arraying and below 0 enginering, the top end was good enough tho but that's all there was.
I saw people dancing like mad during break/intro, no surprise since there was no difference between before or after a drop ! Earing some well known Tunes on those conditions finally made me leave. What a fucking JOKE, I'm well upset with this. |

| Coolness: 685565 | True, there could have been some more bass, but at the same time, this is the first party in I've ever walked out of where my ears WEREN'T ringing, and I spent the whole party about 6-8 feet away from the speakers tops. And that's a GOOD thing, that ringing in your ears after a party is PERMANENT damage. Louder does not equal better. And most of the time, the people who play and want LOUD redline the mixer, and you lose all definition and can't hear anything.
Durring Calyx and Teebee's set, you could actually HEAR the details in the tracks, the basslines, the midrange, they were all CLEAN and not distorted, not too loud.. And from where I was sitting, there was a decent amount of bass, but again, there could have been more, but that would require pumping up the rest of the system so that everything else is on par, and then we're back to damaged hearing and things being so loud you can't make out the work put into the track production. There may have been a lack of bass, but it's the cleanest and most crisp sound I've ever heard at a party without having my ears blown off. |

i feel like there is still an awesome chance for dnb in this city . and last night proved it its as if last nights party was a revival or something. honestly the venue was at capacity early on in the night which is mighty impressive. and i will agree with you fred, you could hear EVERYTHING in the tracks in detail. the sound was crisp clear, fanFUCKINtastic . Calyx n Teebee sure know how to bring it i really didnt want the night to ever end..... until next time.... |

 Coolness: 71815 | Yes!! quelle soirée.Le lineup étais excellent.C'est encourageant de voir autant de nouvelles faces et les anciens du blue dog aussi.La place est vraiment nice.Je comprend pas trop le concept du club privée mais bon ....La derniere track du set de Stalker et Subtone whooaaahhh !!!! Calyx et Teebee c'étais vraiment excellent et en plus des scratchs a la old school.La question que je me pose c'est est-ce qu'il vas-y avoir d'autres soirées dnb dans cette place ?? Notre son est tellement pas a in a Mtl.Mais ca je m'en kalisse !!! Je vois qu'il y a encore une place pour la drum n bass a Mtl.Je suis d'accord avec Fuknose ca manquait de bass dans la place.Mais c'est une nouvelle salle alors c'est quelque chose qui peut se corriger pour l'avenir.Si vous voulez de la bass pour votre argent Beat concierge et la soirée KO déménage au petit campus le vendredi 12 octobre. Subwoofers Meyer 16000 watts !!!!!!Avec un stage comme au café chaos, VJ et des prix de présences. Ca va torcher des culs !!!!!!! |
