...unless you go to a school that promotes free thought, not "this is right because it's in a book, your thoughts are wrong because they aren't" It great to have a bunch of facts to spew out concerning a specific topic but to understand ourselves,life,humanity,the universe is more important...at least to me. What's the difference between memorizing the periodic table or the batting percentages of every baseball player that ever lived? They are both the same....only applicable under specific circumstances... Free thought = true knowledge |
