If you're going to get a Skar, get it with a PROFESSIONAL mod body artist.
And it's not going to be cheap. You might not feel pain during the procedure but the next 6 days will be pain like you never felt before. Unless of course you're a sadist. But it really depends on how the Body Artist methods of work and you're psychological and physical endurance.
Of course you're going to get Keloids, that's what a Skar is. The risk of infection is in every body modification including mundane piercing and ink jobs. That's why when you're getting cut and/or skin removed...the assistant is supposed to apply whatever you called it to prevent infection. Also, she's there to absorb the bleeding too.
