Ok yeah but isn't Live less "user-friendly" at the beggining than Reason is? I mean, I got a copy of Live 4 that came with my Midi controller and every time I try to get in, I'm like so fucking lost -_-'
I'm feeling pu d'internet pour right now..

i think the new synth is gonna be interesting but it's all about the audio manipulation in Live
that stuff is so cool

i look at the specs and my guess is that they improved the audio engine. they recommand a G4 1Ghz with a 1Gb of ram. we'll see...

Reason can be a pretty usefull program if you rewire it through a sequencer like Cubase, Samplitude or perhaps Live (not sure about the last one). In that way, it can be used side by side with your favorite vst's. Track your midi directly into your sequencer but rewire it to controle the varius reason intruments.
I'm feeling rude right now..

ok i installed it and tested it a bit and nothing revolutionary here if you ask me

Thor is cool but it would be cooler in Rewire with other fx. and you would need a fast computer to run it.
i had 2 thor in a project and the cpu was almost at 50% (with my Ibook G4 1.42GHZ 1GB ram)
I'm feeling back to work... right now..
