Do you mean the same England that was one of the only countries that was on the side of the USA during the Iraq war?

As for France, one might assume that perhaps some people were pissed about the constant riots and car torchings by 'youths' and decided to vote for a leader who promised to be tough on immigration... I suspect it will get worse though, since there are many 'youths' who are not happy with the new democratically-elected leader.

There will be riots either way...

Also in the liberal-media, french 'youths' is a code-word for immigrants from North-African countries.

I suspect it will be hard for them to really be tough on immigration if France has to follow the EU immigration policy...

UUUUMM The english people are not in support of the war at all.. they're fuckign pissed. Tony Blair is the one who sided with the americans which is what almost single-handedly got him from being one of englands most loved leaders to one of the most hated.
