As for losing that gut. Running up stairs isn't too bad. It's best to do it in the morning - as that will ramp up your metabolism for the whole day. If you've already got decent endurance and strength - and want to seriously burn off some weight you might want to try the Tabata technique. It only takes 4 minutes, and it works... but it's a bit too much for most people. It works like this: 1. choose an excercize. 2. do as many as you can in twenty seconds. 3. rest for ten seconds. 4. repeat 2 + 3 eight times. |
