If you look at some of these protests against Israeli occupation you are almost guaranteed to see some kind of swastika/jew with money signs around their head in some of the banners. Clearly not everyone is an anti-semite but there are definitely some shoulders being rubbed at some of these protests. There was a protest in Montreal during the Lebanon crisis that was full of nazi/anti-semitic messages. |

I accused your pattern of acrimoniousness ( bitterness ), of being Islamophobic. Despite your claim of being well rounded-educated, it is hard to believe since you post stuff like " Somehow Iran will blame the Jew " for example. One statement line, which you regurgitated over and over, well similar tone of lines. And since the stuff you post is actually non-factual, tend my previous post stand. You think you are different from an uneducated Arab who accuses the Jews of being Nazis for their problems? Seem to me you're both sides of the same coin. |

we have to be able to be critical of israel without being seen as being anti semitic, if not we have problem, because then israel can do anything it wants to the palestinians... the palestinians need their own country, the most terrible thing about this situation is that it has become a sort of symbolic paradigm for our times, the war on terror, and the clash of civilizations. people in the global south the third world, and islam view the situation in israel as the place where the West (and by that i mean us rich white fat selfish people) are liars, are hypocrites. we say we support democracy and equallity and fair play and the rule of law but we can't even fix this. comming to a final peace in palestine would go a long way to healing the psychic rift that have developed between McWorld and Jihad, the only thing that can provide peace isw giving the palestinians their own state. |

I'm not islamaphobic, it's stupid to group every country in the middle east as being the same because of their religion. That would be like saying I am anti-Christian because I dislike the current administration of the American Government. Now let me state that I dislike any government that uses religion as an excuse for it's motifs, regardless of the religion. Also when people use religion as an excuse to censor people, or as an excuse for their own hate, or to oppress women, there is no doubt I will stand up to that. People need to stop being WEAK and point out these things.
