I'v recently upgraded to Ableton 6 and have no use for my ableton live 5 . This is an original boxed version of live 5 with manual and cd's +big fish audio sample library + serial All this for 225$ wich is almost half the price for the version in stores. thanks. contact : frankthetank44@gmail.com |

What do I need to do to transfer my license to another person? Below is our policy on this issue. Do Not Sell Your Old Live 1, Live 2, Live 3 etc. License After Upgrading, It Means Selling Your Entire Live License! From the License Agreement: No transfer: Licensee may not rent, lease, sublicense the materials, on a temporary or permanent basis. Licensee may, however, transfer all his/her rights to use the Materials to another person or entity, provided that Licensee uninstalls the Software from his/her computer, does not retain any backup copy of their Software and transfers this agreement with the Materials. This means: The seller is transferring the Live license, which includes all versions, serial numbers, future upgrade possibilities and rights to use the software. A Live owner cannot, for instance, sell Live version 1.x and retain use of version 2.x, version 3.x, version 4.x or future releases as they are all under the agreement of a single license. The seller and buyer must contact Ableton in order to transfer ownership: The seller must contact Ableton and provide all serial numbers and registration information. This information will be deleted and become invalid in order to complete the transfer of ownership to the buyer. The buyer must contact Ableton and provide all of his/her registration information in order to complete the transfer of ownership from the seller. lol yeah actually you're right... one of my friends has made a second windows partition on his laptop, and uses it only for the music... no internet connection... and it's been working for months and months i think. (after having lost several times his previous lives !) |

 Coolness: 75720 | I ran a cracked version of Ableton for a while and it locked itself up so I couldn't save anything I'd been working on. Sucked ass... and... I didn't even have an internet connection at the time... so... who knows what happened.
I bought Live 6 in January... 'cause I never want to go through that hassle again. |
