Francais plus bas -- A friend of mine has just been cowardly dumped by her boyfriend, and she's little more than 8 months pregnant... She lives in a big flat on StDenis between Liege and Cremazie streets... close to Liege, so no heavy traffic. 1 minute walk from Cremazie metro station (orange line, close to Jean-Talon). She's looking for 1 or 2 roommates ASAP, there are 2 furnished rooms (+ hers). All facilities in the appartment, really cool and open-minded person, a small friendly dog Gremlin. She needs someone responsible and cool, whatever she/he does and likes. Monthly rent is 720 $ + 100 $, so it's to be divided in 2 or 3 (depending on how many roommates she finds). The flat is really nice, big, well-located, and CHEAP for what it is... and Marilou is an awesome Quebecer girl in her late 20s, very friendly, and open-minded... she used to rave way more than now, but she still likes to party a little :) so for the non-mathematicians, if only 1 roommate is found then the total monthly rent would be about 400 $ ; but if 2 roommates are found, then it would be about 260 $ !!! Elle a besoin de quelqu'un qui fait et aime tout ou n'importe quoi, du moment qu'il/elle est cool et responsable. Le loyer mensuel est de 720 $ + 100 $ de comptes, donc à partager en 2 ou 3 (dépendamment de combien de colocataires elle trouve). L'appartement est vraiment bien, grand, bien situé, et PAS CHER pour ce que c'est... et Marilou est une super Québécoise dans la fin de sa 20aine, très amicale et ouverte d'esprit... elle faisait pas mal + le party avant que maintenant, mais ca lui arrive encore de sortir de temps en temps :) bon, pour les nuls en maths, si elle trouve 1 seul colocataire alors le loyer mensuel tout compris sera environ 400 $ ; mais si elle en trouve 2, alors ce sera environ 260 $ !!!
