| He means that if, for example, I were to visit your profile without logging in, the website would still remember my IP address, and associate it with "Le D". Thus I would appear on your "who's stalking me" page. Honestly, I think that anyone who logs out to check profile wants to remain anonymous, and we should respect that choice. Even though I don't understand what the big fuss is about, it seems some guys don't want girls to know they've been stalking them. |

| Yah if people are logged out it's their choice to be logged out... Also a lot of people have multiple people who have had the same ip at somepoint... |

| true, but the feature is there SO that we know who's viewing our profile. I think it's funny that the word stalking is used, as if it's a bad thing. I mean, I doubt many even check their 'Who's Stalking Me' page anyway...
I was going to suggest at first that you show an Anonymous user, but that would kinda suck.. no image and no idea who it is, so I thought up the whole IP thing... I suppose you'd link it to the ABSOLUTE LAST KNOWN IP and the most recent user's activity... but if you think people deserve anonymity, I respect your opinion and therefor decision. I just wanted to beat people's attempts at hiding themselves.. for no good reason... I mean what's the WORST thing that can happen by knowing some one saw your profile? |
