Ableton Cracked/logic

| For the record, it's ME that's cracked, i don't do illegal shit.
But if I did crack it and use it, would it have been normal that it DOESN'T FUCKEN WORK like it's supposed to. If I had cracked it and was considering buying it, would it work normally for once? Now, if it would have been cracked, is it normal that it lags, spontaneously resets VSTs, doesn't render some VSTs, only plays/records from my external input when it feels like, etc?
Not that anyone would know, but if you did know. What would you say?
Also, related in my mind, is there anything Logic can't do? |

its probably cuz you need a g5... the new version is MAD HEAVY i'm hearin'..
but sketchy software acting sketchy is pretty common. |

| oh, i must have jumbled my questions. Logic works GREAT ony my machine, it's Ableton that is acting a bitch. I just wanted to know if dedicating all my futur energy towards Logic was in any way a stupid idea.
About Ableton, i've read stories that the version I use when I am cracked doesn't work on ANY computer muchless slow ones for very long, it really does seem to get worse over time, and that the purchased version is fast and flawless. Anyone have any say on the matter? |

| Dunno about ableton, but Logic is deff. the way to go. Best audio editing/production software I've ever used. Up untill trying out Logic, I had absolutely no interest whatsoever in Macs, now it's the next computer I want to get based on that alone. |

| yeah - I've heard some horror stories of people using cracked version of Ableton on a mac, but I haven't really had any problems with the PC version. Two quick things to check though - make sure you fully uninstalled any previous intallation of live. Also, who cracked the version you're using? The "AIR" crack of V6 0 1 works pretty well, and so does the "H2O" crack of V5 0 2. |

| ..you could also just use a firewall like zonealarm and set it to block ableton from accessing the internet, and then it can't phone home to check if it's legit.. |

| bootcamp doesn't fucking work... I had to reinstall Mac OS X I fucked up my comp so bad, trying to install XP.
I've tried everything :'(
and YES Frank I will buy Ableton, but only once I've decided Logic is too hard :P |

| haha, man, ableton is fuckin' hard compared to logic! Ableton is good, that's for sure, and you can do a lot with it, but it in no way even comes remotely close to logic for ease of use and the sheer amount of things that you can do with it, including the audio quality. |
