of course i got to level 3 in 2mins but now quite sure how its easier than i think. ftping out the original php didnt work hehe i suppose the entire idea (other than the obvious page source) is to get the files out one way or another then either read source or decompile and read source eh if getting in to get the file requires knowledge of the latest bsd/linux exploits, forget it... too much time... but if its just being crafty thats a whole other story hehe |

| Coolness: 339810 | there's only 1 level (i think it's level 8) that requires exploit knowledge, and that's for PHF scripts.. you can just google it and find the exploits. other than that, it's all craftiness and being able to decompile and read code.. :P |

But there's a very nice site @ [ hackthissite.org ] , which has a bunch of challenges, seems nice. Currently doing the basic web ones, it's much more interesting than that iHack one. |
