| I don't consider myself jaded, but some of these things apply to me.
-You say "the scene" a lot.
-You have seen a thirteen year old "raver" on ecstasy and felt like leaving the party because of it. (Genre à Québec... "retourne chez tes parents calisse!")
-You know what a 303 is. (yummi)
-You party sober and now understand how stupid you looked when you didn't. (never did anything else than partying sober...)
-You know who PRODUCED your favorite tracks, not just which DJ bought it and put it on a mix CD. (most of them anyways)
-Your parents gave up on you becoming normal a long, long time ago. (M'eh)
-You understand electro and minimal techno now.
-You hate rave ho's.
-You know that raving is all about the music, but RAVERS are not.
-You can actually dance to jungle. (and IDM) |

| the whole jaded thing is alot more complicated than most people realize, i would like to think that it is possible for your jadedness to blosom into a new innocence and wonder about the world. You can't stay jaded forever it's just kinda lame and uninteresting, i think its fucking funny when i go to parties and ther are 18 and 19 year old girls there who have been partying for 2-3 years and they are all like "ewww this party sucks", well if it suck so hard go the fuck home nobody is forcing you to be there. I think more than anything that at times we all take raves and rave culture a bit to seriously...remember "it's just a party" |

| INDEED i'm with you. it may be not as i remember but it still is in a sort of renaissance at the momment..i felt the scene was completely dead between 2002 qnd 2005. apart from a couple things .
and there NOTHING was worth shit compared to back in the day.
