My dad used to have ulcers. Chilli peppers help prevent ulcers by killing the bad bacteria in your stomach and by encouraging the production of protective stomach fluids. Coral calcium helps your PH balance to go from acid to alkaline but it's a little bit expensive.

cool, thanks. i don't know what i should be eating, i guess i'll read up on it a bit more, i thought i was supposed to avoid spicy things. i know if i drink soft drinks, or coffee or alcohol i'm in lots of pain. i've been eating really bland foods lately. i guess that's where i start.
