if you paint my place, i'll do it for you with a sewing needle!
actually, i've heard good things recently about adrenalin on guy/sherbrooke. i'd have recommended black sun stuido, but they closed in april. it should cost you between $40 and $60. i paid $45 for my lip ring. |

for real?
black sun was the best and sold much higher quality jewelery than anywhere else in the city... nowhere else in the city offers as high a grade of surgical steel. adrenalin is good though... if you go ask for ben and if you mention me he'll probably make it an extra painfull process!! |

Yeah, Black Sun was amazing. Pierre retired from public piercing in April and he's moving on to other things. |

no way...... damn Black Sun was the best in Montreal. They are really nice people and they provided (a very sanitized and clean) place for Lucas Zpira to do his scarification on my leg. The studio was top. They were kind enough to answer to all my questions on body modifications. |

Well piercings can be done anywhere, but for tattoos, you should really go to the States. Check out [ www.nyadorned.com ] Hopefully, I'll have saved enough money before september so I can get an appointment with Horizakura. For piercings, I recommend Slick Styled Steel. They're clean and affordable. |

why should you go to the states for a tattoo?
did bush declare war on hepatis or something? like as long as needles and tubes are clean... whats the difference? |

The tattoo artist who works there, Safwan got number 2 for best tattoo artist in the Mirror best of montreal, the number one was a guy from Adrenaline and he probably only made it there because Adrenaline is the most widely known tattoo place. The most popular stuff is always number one. Nobody knows what the fuck Imago is, so number 2 is pretty fuckign good. Ask for Safwan! |

Imago is definetly one of the top studios in the city along with Tattoomania and Tattouatouage.
Timer works at Tattoomania. Rates vary from one artist to another and depends on the work needed. Typical rates for a custom piece are about $100 - $125 an hour. |

that pin up sounds like a great idea though, definetaly check out Imago, and maybe any other place , get an idea of what the artists can offer and look at their portfolio's im glad i found my artist hes awsome |

i've always been a fan of his art and my friend described him as the "king of the pinups". Thanx for the info on tattoo mania. i think i'm gunna go for it this summer. |
