| Hello everyone!
Is anyone interested in moving in a nice 3 1/2 for May?
It is in Ahuntsic, on Fleury street. Its a beautiful area. Closest metros are Henri Bourassa (20 min walk) and Sauve (20 min walk). The 140 stops right in front and takes you to Sauve metro(5 min ride). The 121 is a 5 min walk, also takes you to Sauve/Cote Vertu. Also there is the 45 bus, 5 min walk, takes you downtown. There are also night busses all around.
Tons of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars around. There is a vet across the street, a metro, iga, fruiterie etc.
The bathroon is freshly renovated, wooden floors, we are going to paint the place before we go...
There are 5 apartments in the building. This one is in the basement so it is quiet. The neighbors are awesome people. The landlords are very trustworthy and understanding. If you have a prob they are easy to talk to.
Lots of closet space, washer/dryer installations...
Rent is 530$/month nothing inc.

| No one wants to live in the middle of nowhere... I pay 700$ a month for a 4.5 (not a huge one) and it's right downtown (Place Des Arts) heating included! Henri Bourassa is FAR from everything! Heheh sorry to burt your bubble! Also basement you must pay a lot of heat, never ever live in the basemenet again, it's the worst! |

| HAHAHA well u know I thought the same thing too but it really isnt far. I get downtown/laval in 30 min from where I am and the west island it takes 45 min by bus...to me that isnt so bad...and if you have a car, even better. We are closer to Sauve than Henri Bourassa metro. I think 700/month everything inc for a downtown 4 1/2 is a pretty good deal for sure. But this place comes with a lot of advantages. And its kinda like a mini downtown on Fleury as well. |

| It's not that bad living in Ahuntsic. Well I don't technically live there but I'm there a good portion of the week (having a boyfriend and a ton of friends living there) and it is a nice neighborhood. Doesn't take too long to get to anywhere if you know your busses. |

| Get Shot in Ahuntsic????! Well...it depends on where. On Fleury its very classy. Mostly families/artsy fartsy type ppl live there...and then on the cross streets its very residential with big houses/duplexes. There is also a nice park near by. I personally LOVE this street and I am sad to be moving away. Around Henri Bourassa metro, however its super ghetto. I would not recomend it. |

Your heat has also been turned off 4 times this weak leaving you sleeping in a 4c apt several times this week.. |

| Yeah Vinny...we found a new place...much bigger. We love the apartment on Fleury tho but its too small for a couple. |
