Besides, enlightment comes to those who seek it. I respect what you're trying to do Greg, and you should be proud of that...but you've got billions of people to make understand. Fuck, even Jesus was only able to influence one group of people at once ( before disciples spread His word. Do you have disciples of your own yet ? ), how the Hell are you going to convince that many people to become fundamentally good ? And if the Mayans are actually talking through you, are they smart enough to realize this is the 21st century, they've been gone for a while and maybe they've lost track of what the world has become ? They used to live in huts, rainforests and pray in stone pyramids, hunted for food and had a life of devotion to prayer to thank the Gods and such. I'm sorry to say that in today's society, it's just not going to apply. We have 1000 more responsabilities than the Mayans. Our world is much more complex and complicated. To eat, we have to have money that we have to get through work, welfare or whatever but food ain't free anymore, unless you rely on the generosity of others. And unless you live in a church, even if you pray there all day, you have to sleep in a home you're paying rent for. I don't care if STUPID and EVIL HUMANS made society what it is today, the Mayans should've been there to prevent it from becoming what it is now. So too bad, they should've showed up waaay before than now. Besides, where the Hell were they all this time ? Greg, you AIN'T Jesus so please, do us a favor and stop trying to spread the good word. And trust me, if you choose a discussion board on a website called [ Rave.ca ] to " show us the light ", you really really didn't think this through. How about you hit more spiritually oriented websites ? Now, you know as well as I do that no one here is interested by that and your efforts could be more fruitful if directed elsewhere but here. Like I'm saying, I truthfully respect your views and the how you believe we could all benefit from that too but you can't become angry if we choose not to.
