DJ BIND'S BIO

DJ Bind has been a musician for over a decade! With more than 6 years of experience behind the decks, he has an even longer history as a drummer, over 12 years now. It was in his teens that Bind took up DJing. After seeing a DJ be able to control the vibe and movement of an entire crowd of thousands all night long, he was hooked and wanted in.…
Bind has recently released two cd’s, “International Takeover” & “Dress Code In Effect L.P.”. Both of which were very successful and received much acclaim in the industry. As of the summer of 2005 Bind has been signed to East Coast Culture as the Montreal representative DJ. Tour dates are in the works for Bind along the eastern seaboard of North America with the help of new sponsor ECC. Bind is also holding it down in his homeland of Canada with his new radio show “The Hunter Gatherer Show” on [ www.techno.fm ] every Wednesday night from 8-10pm EST, regular appearances at local weekly events and one-off clubs gigs in Montreal, and he is planning a trip to Vancouver in 2006 to take on the West Coast!

REGIMENTAL AND KALI OVER BREAKS....WOW....YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS THAT.

About KALI

The Kali and Dub were formed in 1986 by Hayes "Kali" Thurton. Three years later the group was named Best Live Reggae Band at the Canadian Music Reggae Awards. In 1995, Kali and Dub was voted Best Worldbeat/Reggae Band at the first ever Montreal Independent Music Industry Awards. With a conscious message and potent reggae, rock, rap and dancehall beats, Kali and Dub make serious sounds. [ --Yorku.ca ]
