My first commercial rave was Swirl around 1998 or 97... first true underground even Fugitive Escape at the abandoned brewery :D good times. Thanks Noah. I was coughing up black dust for days after hehehe |

i remember there being raves when i was a teenager(16 and up) and that wuz in 1995, i also remember a bunch of my friends from doorways(school) used to go raves back then too. |

some old timers are here on the site. Here and there. But most "left" the "rave and partying" scene long time ago. For various reasons; career, burn out, move to another city, having kids, jail, another country, feeling alienated from the current rave culture, etc...

All the old parties will be entered in the Event Calendar one day..... once i get free time. |

| those parties were crap imho, i think promoted by someone who dressed himself like the Riddler ( from Batman ). anyhow, he went overboard and got himself into massive debts.
As for raves in 1990. i dunno. i think they were just called parties. They are even parties who are myths to me, montreal's first raves; Solaris, Elevation, H2O. H20 was busted and there was a "riot" in downtown montreal. |

(I only knew about them because some fucking panzy back in grade-7 picked up a flyer for Starwberry fields and did this "report" on "parties", fronting as if he was some 13-year old, west island raver. What a douchebag.) |
