| Canada rocks! Montreal especially! We have great festivals in the summer (most of them free) we have some wacky weather at times but it's fun because you get to see it all. People in general are really friendly and are from all over the place (multi-ethnicity...) We have a pretty cool party scene too. It's nothing like in europe or anything but it's pretty good. We can smoke weed almost anywhere outside without too many worries, (cops here don't care much and won't be too hard on you if they catch you.)
