Yes it does, it's horrendous. In fact, it timed out 3 times before I got the map. So for ease of use, a big fat ZERO.

My complaint about Google Maps is that maps don't get displayed in Firefox. At least, not for me. I have to switch to IE ( ungh ) to view them.

why the hell does msn distort buildings is beyond me. coordinates loss and drawing algorithm bug? very weird

i say its all in the lexicon. micro$oft sux a micropeni$... g00gle makes peeps g00gly-eyed..nuff said.
