oh right... i forgot...
bashing all religions is on style now... its wrong for the church to be anti-whatever.... but if youre not christian and believe the same thing it's not wrong... sorry... i keep forgetting... or rather... the church isn't allowed to be anti-anything... but it's ok for everyone to be anti-church *sigh* i would REALLY like to go on... but i can only stay up till 2:10 since i have an exam tomorrow and need to get up.... and seeing as it's already 2:05... i wouldn't be able to finish my ideas... not that it would have any effect... i mean religions aren't allowed to have set ideals or opinions... but any joe schmo can... anyway... |

If Joe Shmo can forge an opinion for HIMSELF, I say it's still 100 times better than having those moreless forced upon you because of a said religion.
Notice how so few religions will truly embrace open-mindedness or like the fact that other religions are potentially better than its own ? What's up with that ? My religion is better than your religion ? Wow, how's that for " love and acceptance " if you can't love and accept those who don't follow this religion ? Ah, the good old times of crusades in the middle ages : " Are you christian, jew ? " " erm no, I'm muslim " " therefore the holy church has decided Jesus now hates you. Here, taste my sword, heretic " ( you'll have to excuse me, I just finished reading the enlightning Da Vinci Code which confirmed a horrible suspicion I've had for years. A book of revelations ). |

Yeah but the problem is christians don't say "we shouldn't do this it's wrong". they say "this is wrong NOBODY should be allowed to do this, regardless of their faith". Like NOBODY should use condoms in africa, NOBODY should be allowed to have an abortion, NOBODY who is gay should be able to marry. So you get these crazy laws passed in the USA to please the religious folk, and the ones who choose not be religious end up having to live by the same ideals. |

there are too few leaders and way too many followers on planet earth. The people, all people, need to be empowered, and be autonous, subject to only one authority that is the natural laws and not the man made one that appear to govern us all. |

i was so totally hoping for a brown or black pope
the one from Honduras would've been the ideal choice in the present situation but it wont ever change, even if over half the christians are in South America and Africa , Vatican would never go for the *spirit* of it all anyways ...so they dont care 'bout where there actually is something called faith happening anyways ... made me realized i was baptised and stuff and til i do something about it i'm still considered an orthodox christian to society ....doh ! |

And while we're at it, did anyone hear about one of the guys that was in the conclave to decide who the new pope was going to be that might go to jail for being a loan-shark?
Yeah, these religious guys are totally honest and have nothing but good intentions. |
