- Location: 5254 Ponsard, Montreal - right off the decarie, 5 mins walk from both Snowdon and Villa-Maria metro stations (Orange and Blue lines) - Cost: 466 + Bills (~70 a month) - Type of house: 8.5 room duplex, we have the first floor and finished basement of the building. - The room for rent is on the main floor and has a window looking out onto the backyard. - We have a full back and front yard. Situation: 2 guys and a girl living here, with the girl leaving once school is done. - The kitchen is massive, there's a large living room and a second living room in the basement. 2 bathrooms. The bathtub is a jaccuzi style tub. - Neighbors upstairs and next door never complain about noise, the way the place is built we can make hella noise in the basement (which is our studio) and no one else can really hear it. - Bedroom for rent is located at the back of the house, away from the studio so you don't hear anything when you don't want to. - House comes with 2 cats, so don't be allergic. We're not against the idea of another cat coming with you, but it'd have to not be a psycho. No dogs - Extreme High Speed Wireless on site :-) - Dispite the fact that we're rave promoters, we're pretty private people. The house is relatively quiet and we don't have parties here or people over all the time. - Smoking in the house is definately no. Drugs in the house are definate no. Feel free to do what you will, but we don't want someone who'll have dealers over or dimebags lying around the house. - Comes with Dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a house full of furniture n all that shit. - Two storage rooms in the basement for all your shit if you need it. | Coolness: 90290 | Yeah it's a nice neighborhood, we're in the uppidy area, not the ghetto side. As for smokers, you can smoke, just not in the house. We've got a full backyard so in the summer it won't be a big deal at all |
