I bought an MP3 player at the one in Laval and the dude there knew his shit pretty good, and I asked him a couple of wise-ass questions that he answered without hesitation. He told me about the extended warranty ONCE then shut his trap. When I asked him if it would matter if I didn't he went " nah. Doesn't matter to me ". I was floored. Literally.
In Montreal, all I get are retarded idiots who don't know a difference between a USB cable and a headphone jack adaptor. It's one thing to be angry at the employees but that leaves to ask this : do the store managers actually GLANCE at their CVs before hiring ? Shit. I'm guessing a usual employee interview would go like this : So Ahmed, you're applying in the computer department. Tell me : do you have any experience with customers ? No ? Are you bilingual ? No ? Unilingual ? Pakistanese only ? Oh. Ok. Erm, any experience in selling computers ? Excuse me ? From " back of brother's truck " you say ? I see. Do you know what RAM means ? No, it doesn't mean " Retarded Ass Muncher ", no. It means Random Acc... ...ah screw it, congratulations, you start monday. |
