where's the best place to get portfolio cases?
i'm looking for the kind with the plastic sleeves... the ones that fuction as a book. i know there's omer des serres but they charge an arm and a leg. think i'd have any luck at zellers? |

british blue print, sharon, on st cats, they have very decent prices, all the concordia fine arts kids go there. british blue print is the best place in town. Students got 10% off. FUCK OMER DESERRE don't buy anything there, please. (the same brush was 15$ less at blue print.) |

British Blue Print art stuff products are expensive, i never get my art supply there. But they have great pricing and service on framing. |

no, they have some pretty good deals when it comes to oil paints, brushes, mediums and stuff like that. plus it has a student discount (one of the only places i know)
sharon, the best place i've seen so far for that is the art store at UQAM. i always drool over their portfolios and stuff. it's at uqam in the pavillion hubert-aquin (just follow signs, it's connected to the berri metro). |

art tek has student discounts (10%) I think. Also concordia art store has some good deals I think... I'm not in the art... yet! |

Actually, one of the BEST places to buy art stuff is Curreys, on Tachereau i believe. Its worth the $5 gas to drive to the south shore because their prices are sickeningly cheap. |
