| well you know, for me now NIN is more about the evolution in his music. I personnaly really liked "The Fragile". You know when you're almost 40, i'm sure you can't make the same music like when you were 25. I remember the 1st time i listened to "The fragile", i was like "wow, he seems to be better, still angry but better" and that's why, i think, the Rolling Stone considered this album as a "brutal ans delicate masterpiece".
For me, Trent reznor is the man. He's a living musical encyclopedia and almost EVERYBODY wants to work with him (even Snoop Dog for christ's sake)...
I think what i like the most about this guy is that i feel his sincerity in his music and that's, for me, the greatest quality an artist can have.
I,m sure it's gonna be good. maybe surprising (like The Fragile) but good. |
