pilates will improve both strength and flexibility but don't expect a marked improvement in either on a drop in basis.
you could try bikram yoga (the hot kind) you'll leave feeling like gumbi. |

if you have practiced Muay Thai for over a year then you probably noticed that the stretching you do at the beginning of every class would improve your flexibility if done once a day.
it takes 10 minutes max and you'll get result pretty fast, the key is to stretch oftenly |

i'm a cardio nut so i never skip on the warmup before stretching
it's the stretching after training i always skip anyways i gotta stick to the ol' "there's no excuse to stretching every single night" ajarn chai; it was mostly details (like elbows for two hours) active pad holding (the kind the make you do when you go for ranking test)a four count counters something cool was a streetfight variation on that sidestep kick grab with a 'step over into submission move' i'm looking a freeboxe gym in the north of cambodia if i make it there in a little more than a year. some kid told me they got places that still train old style. |
