main room The visual were madly hallucinogénique. Wonderful! Never saw guillaume groove is ass like that b4 in da front of his deck.. Didn't stayed long in that room. Galaksy, thank you for reminding me that some rules exist on some dance floor =P In the chill room, Galaksy's set was full of fun texture, like griuerlllleorrrrrrr lorewwwwqiiiieriiiireiiii wai wai kabai-i! Mike's set was good, I found his selection tracks very well put. Lalla's set was nice at all cost. !Specially when he lower the volume ;)Ghetto tek rocks! I'm serious, I like that kind of beat much. But the greatest was Nitrous and Dave. Dave's sounds were very refreshing, neat and EVIL. As a special halloween candy Mathieu from Neurotik threw, finaly, sound of da police. Whoot whoot! so props on the costume for real buddy About the dancefloor there's no rules .. just that this time we got fucked by the wooden floors and everytime someone would start jumpin around it would make the records skip .. sorry hey .. next time we'Ll make sure its all stable and that peeps can rock the dancefloor like never cuz when we're on in the morning it usually gives way to the hypest dancefloor of the whole night .. |

wicked times Halloween theme was cool, many peeps i never recognized ...was freaked out by many also ..(my roommate as a chick was scary ...:lol) ... The general vibin' was happy + a bit insane`; perfect lots of respect and chillness in there also IDJ party peeps are simply the best :) 'Nuff peeps,in fact it was a big idj one .. Music was great all night i found Liked the 2nd room better ... Everything was ok, not too hot either ..well i mean it was endurable ..main was chilly even .. so thanks to all the party attenders, the staff and idj friends thanks to Studiorange peeps also ; wicked partnership thanks to all guests playing 2 ; Host One , Kensei, Husstler, Versatile, Mayday, Sixteen Armed Jack, Duncan , Nter, Sarcastic, db vaig .. And i know i know MAIN ROOM had its load of technical difficulties sound wasnt that great and the wooden floors were killing ..made the turntables skip allnight ... that was our mistake ... that is the next IDJ step ; cuz we learn and try to improve our jams every month so our main concern now's about QUALITY SOUND + SETUP .... i promise in the name of the whole idj promoters team that this improvement's gonna happen Chillroom timeslots got all weird .. one dj added last minute in ...(Duncan, the England guy playing slow jungle near the beginnings ..wicked !) then some uncontrolable personnal stuff made Kataleptic unable to play his set ...and he left for these same personnal reasons .. Nter got in late but played 'nuff at least ...all the way down from Florida with a wicked breaks set .. i had sooooo much fun playing in this room 2 I can say its the best breaks set i ever played ...i was on fire and the setup was proper for tight-quality mixing .. Sarcastic was excellent as usual, whatever he plays This time he provided some 4/4 beats for the ravers stuck in a world of brokenbeats lovers ...:lol biggest dancefloor of the night in the chill room .. then the liquid funk providas came in ..nice .. just that i personnaly dont think it is that proper to put on some hard drum&bass in supposed to be CHILL rooms ...there's so much musical possibilities out there .....get your rarest grooves on when u get the chance mates Main room i dint get to hear much except for Kensei and Host One, who were connected in a nice way, progressing with slickness , tight and right Axionfigga and Pi 67 played the perfect tunes to start a dancefloor in an energetic way ; booyah All others are top notch selectas who dodnt get the chance to show up their skills to the fullest cuz of the technical difficulties .. so dj's like Versatile and Husstler (who played great sets dont get me wrong), Sixteen Armed Jack and Mayday, and Nitrous and Galaksy ,never trainwrecks like it happened at times because the tables were skipping... I played the saddest-shittiest set ever in the main room ...for an hour long both Nitrous and i coudnt mix records properly for the tables were skipping ALWAYS ...got me real mad ...by the end it was ok (thanks to cd's :lol) ...but still .. big deception on my side .. Stay tuned for november 20th's IDJ with special guests from Toronto DS-1 with Mc Katalyst, Ottawa's Division By Zero and Mc Spaztek, and Montreal's one and only Karl Marx |

IDJ's getting some good recognition! Even the band Incubus showed up to take in some Jungle! :) Was one of my most random crazy weekends ever was perfect except for pulling a nerve or something in my back lifting a subwoofer in the morning. (I really can't move anymore...) Props to everyone for the great party! Can't wait for the next one! |

la musique dans le chill room, j'ai adoré! jah stylie. le set de galaksy (étant le seul dj a qui je peux associer un visage pour l'instant) était plein de sons buzzés que j'adore, et le dancefloor dans le main room était beau à voir, tout le monde avaient l'air électrisés ou quelque chose! :D &thank you lord for pot smoking. ;) |
