I so could....

I have many favorite brands...

I'd say for the summer a good hefeweizen hits the ticket like paulaner hefeweizen naturub... Excellent beer which doesn't need lemons or any crap like that in it to taste good... St-Ambroise pale ale is also a great summer drink. Blanche de chambly also hits the spot for the summer...

Winter brews must be big and strong for me... Unibroue's Trois-Pistole, a 9% dark ale, is probably my favorite winter drink...

Many Quebec and canadian microbrewers make better beer than the imported mass-produced stuff like corona/heineken/becks/stella/etc... Le cheval blanc makes excellent very drinkable beers, St-ambroise pale ale and oatmeal stout are both fantastic beers worth every penny, Brutopia's India pale ale is very good, and Dieu de Ciel makes beer such as peche mortel which is ungodly good...

This:

Apple-Éphémère possesse a fresh apple aroma with reminiscent a subtle flavour of green apple is complemented by delicate note of fruit and spice.
I love it.
