 Coolness: 38860 | i got an oriental backpiece myself from Imago [ www.imagotattoo.com ] by Safwan. he's very good with oriental styles, including koi tattoos. check out his portfolio. Dave Knight who works there is also very good for that style.
the best places in montreal are: Imago, Tattoomania, Totem et Tabou [ www.totemettabou.com ] . I'd check out the websites and their individual portfolios to see which artist you like best... all these places do custom work, no flash. |

also, old school tatts fucking rock, dont be haters all of you. also also, i erased those links for some reason, probably in a OCD rage re: organizing my comp, but here are some i found quickly [ tattoo.about.com ] [ www.tattoodles.com ] [ www.flash2xs.com ] re: an asian inspired piece id recommend you read some sites with timelines ... so you can get a sense of certain styles associated with certain periods .. a google search should turn up lots. when im not so dead i will go through some books and find online pics of some stuff hrm, sidenote, ive becomed obsessed with collecting pictures of the body suits that japanese men and women have. |
