He's probably looking for a reaction and I'll bite ;) Carey wasn't so bad yesterday, our defense is decimated, Spacek is a god damn overpaid cone and Obyrne + Picard ain't gonna do shit at either end of the ice. We need our #1 and #2 defensemen back soon. We coulda won that game had we had a full lineup or Spacek knew how to do a god damn 180 and deflect the frickin puck when he can see a guy speeding his way. BTW Gamos, did you see Ivannans get the lights out yesterday? Holy shit what knock out by Big Mac jeez. |

 Coolness: 159330 | That's what I keep saying. Defense sucks with the Habs. If defense isn't doing it's job porperly, of course there's bound to be more slapshots on the goaler and more probability of him letting pucks in. |

I think Price is a franchise goalie (as is halak), and I actually think Price also has exceptional composure, bounce-back ability and consistency. He just lacked maturity. And I think giving a kid who lacks maturity the keys to castle of the most storied franchise was stupid on behalf of Gainey. It goes to ur head, and you can't handle the pressure when things start to go bad because you're scared of how bad things can get and you don't know what do when things start to go bad. Losing the starting position to Halak, even if only for 2 months, was the best thing that could have happened to his career. The way he carried himself through the playoff run and the contract negotiations illustrated that he's finally maturing to the point where he's capable of handling the role of #1 goalie in montreal. No i turned the game off before Ivananus got fucked up...they played terrible against Edmonton. THe flames are gonna be an interesting team. They have the best 3rd and 4th line in the league IMO, but have 4 injuries to top 9 forwards up front right now so they actually looks like they lack depth. If they can play .500 hockey til mid-November ill be happy |
