I didn't have any prob with them, they tried my home in the day time wasn't there and I cuold go pick it up the same night. Took 15 minutes. Yeah, thats great unless you dont have a car. It took me a 10 minute subway ride, and then a 20 minute walk to get my package from fedex. bullshit if you ask me. |

I had a tracking number I could watch on the net to see where was my pack at... first day, they wrote: "Colis refusé"... Nobody refused the pack, they just didn't show up. Second day, my dad stayed home all day long to make sure we don't miss it and they wrote: "Pas à la maison". then the third day: "Pas à la maison" again. I called them and told them we were home and nobody refused the freaking pack, they just didn't show and everything. and all she replied to me is: "Well you're lucky they came three times, usually they only come twice..." I was like, shut up they didn't even go to the right place, or maybe they just didn't want to come over here and they wrote whatever on their bills... So I had to go myself to pick up my pack. Since that time I just don't wanna hear about them anymore and my life goes way much better... What's funny is they did something similar at work... they just never showed up and we had to go get that stupid pack... |
