i do yoga at times, and i got my bunch of inner demons to deal with for sure, but i'm spending lotsa time with myself
not totally in peace, but somewhere on the way ... but someone's fuckin stalking me it seems, someone makes sure everything that happens to me and makes me happy gets ruined i aint paranoid there, what to do when u spoke to someone 'bout it and nothing ever changes , you make sure to destroy that person totally morally, or u do as if that person aint existing ??!! so yeah i'm being all abstract here talkin' 'bout a specific situation in fact ....but i got respect so i wont diss anyone, and please if u know what i'm talkin' 'bout dont do it either but yeah u wont get to hear djpaulwall lots in the future ..thats all i can say ..... i'm broken |

Yeah it sucks when people can't go out and do things for themselves and that everything they do they have to do it hanging off the back of your coat and bring you down all the time as a result becase they'd get forgotten any other way. |

I have dealt with a few people in my life that literally wanted to fuck up my life. Those people were practically impossible to get rid of, because they had a sick relationship with me. They wanted to be around me, almost were obsessive, they liked me in some ways, yet were jealous or resentful and wanted to do damage, and once I tried to end the relationships/friendships, they ended up stalking me... and telling my friends or anyone with any connection to me bullshit about me to get to me. Eventually, with time (and changing your phone number to a private one) these people get sick of trying to do damage, especially if you show that they haven't effected you negatively (even if they have).
Its difficult, but when dealing with psychos (IF this is your case) you just have to ignore them, don't give them any attention, and don't show that they hurt you. That is what they want. I don't know if that is whats going on with you. Also it sucks when you are respectful and don't hurt people and theres some asshole that is doing it to you especially with lies.. sometimes if they go to far you just have to tell the truth about them, and thats all you need. |

sometimes u just gotta cry and shit and deal with the nasty,
give thanks, forgive others, repent, be humble and shit depending on your condition you might need to eat better supplements depending on your type cut down on hyperactivity listen to real mellow ambient music - i suggest brian eno's music for airports or something along the lines or japanoise really loud if you must - merzbow, gerogerigegege, etc... then you'll realize that ambient shit wasn't so bad this is a culture of hyperstimulation, and oh so impatient people seeking gratification and recognition the now we live in in much shorter than it should people gotta slow down see the big picture in the long run, see the long now selfishness is narrowminded unhook the phone, give back the rude and ignorant their share, reflect it back to them so they maybe realize, someday we all got stuff to sort anyways from the smallest to the biggest some got issues some got volumes seems you are in a hard place man just giving my 2cents cuz u showed respect we only getting older gotta tend to the machine man you organic machine computer read about ayurveda it could help sometimes i sit and do nothing for a good while fall is tough season you'll get through - pas le choix life goes on - people are living heaven on earth right now somewhere some people got it worse than you my friend all in all you are not doing too bad competition is wicked we are all different for a reason i am rambling on i guess all the best |

Ya, let it all out. If you don't react emotionally as your mind wants you too, this anger and sadness may manifest and come out in different ways later on in life. Crying is healthy. Also get a healthy amount of sleep so that your brain can process and deal with your emotions. |
