| Description: | Sonic odyssey, def.: a musical offering / adventure during which multiple sonic weavers (DJs) get together to co-pilot a sonic aircraft (a moment where dancers and music lovers alike waltz together). For the fourth voyage of G L O W Z I 's sonic odyssey series, the multi hyphenated artist is excited to welcome the brilliant IAMNOTMYHISTORY once again. An amazing mind, a great sonic *and fashion connoisseur, and a dear friend, IAMNOTMYHISTORY is a Montréal-based DJ, curator, archivist and tastemaker whose practice explores the intersections of sound, image, memory, and emotion. Through carefully constructed sonic narratives, she creates immersive environments that move fluidly across genres, geographies, and eras, transforming the dancefloor into a site of discovery, connection, and collective storytelling. Fresh off an inspiring stay in New York, the duo returns to Système with a sonic menu oozing of soulful house gems, percussive hymns, soon-to-be-released sonic explorations, and a plethora of (Black) anthems.
