After a memorable first session together in 2023, Yarra Sound is proud to welcome back the legendary King Shiloh Sound System from Amsterdam for another heavyweight night of Roots, Reggae & Dub. Founded in Amsterdam in 1991, King Shiloh has become one of the most respected and influential Sound Systems in Europe. For more than three decades, the sound has travelled across the continent and far beyond, helping shape and inspire generations of European Sound System culture. Known as the "travelling sound", King Shiloh were pioneers of the European Sound System movement outside the UK. They were the first non-UK sound to play in England with their own Sound System and went on to become regulars at London's legendary University of Dub. From Amsterdam to London, Jamaica, the USA, Thailand and countless sessions across Europe, King Shiloh has built its reputation through deep Roots selections, heavyweight Dub, exclusive dubplates and a strong spiritual and conscious message. For this special Montreal session, Bredda Neil, founder, operator and selector of King Shiloh, returns solo to take us on a musical journey through the King Shiloh sound. On October 17th, King Shiloh returns to Le Ministère for a very special session with Yarra Sound, powered by the Yarra Sound System. Après une première session mémorable ensemble en 2023, Yarra Sound est fier d'accueillir à nouveau le légendaire King Shiloh Sound System, venu tout droit d'Amsterdam, pour une nouvelle nuit de Roots, Reggae & Dub. Fondé à Amsterdam en 1991, King Shiloh est devenu l'un des Sound Systems les plus respectés et influents d'Europe. Depuis plus de trois décennies, le sound parcourt le continent et bien au-delà, contribuant à façonner et inspirer plusieurs générations de la culture Sound System européenne. Pour cette session spéciale à Montréal, Bredda Neil, fondateur, opérateur et selecta de King Shiloh, sera de retour en solo pour nous faire voyager à travers le son King Shiloh. Le 17 octobre, King Shiloh revient au Ministère pour une session très spéciale avec Yarra Sound, propulsée par le Yarra Sound System.
