| Description: | The Hardsteppers are proud to present Medium is the Message Vol 4, a celebration of vinyl culture in its purest form with its core intertwined with the roots of Jungle and Drum and Bass. Come share in the traditions of dub plates, record bags and satisfying crackle as the needle meets the groove. This is Jungle, the way it was meant to be experienced, through the ritual of selectors becoming one with the sound system and shaping the room in real time. For side B of this event, we’re moving to the amazing Espace Entre Nous from 10pm to 3am with a line-up we take great pride in presenting! On the bill we’ve got the outstanding Chimo from Ottawa, the legendary Tricky Pat from Vermont, our beloved Wally from the Hardsteppers, the mighty Maysr & Montreal’s favorite son Crimewave! All proceeds from tickets sales will be donated to GRIP, a harm reduction organization that has been doing incredible work for over a decade. As we take you on a trip back to the old school, we ask that you leave your phone in your pocket or car so we can immerse ourselves in the moment. This carefully curated voyage will be materialized for your listening pleasure by the incredible and unique Pomelo Sound System.
