WATCH OUT FOR VIOLATION OF RIGHTS AT CHECKPOINTS
Phony checkpoints are just another example of malfeasance by the Marion
County Sheriff's Department. Such checkpoints are illegal. If a citizen is
stopped by police, the officer is required to give a valid reason to ask
for identification.
Those who do not know their rights as U.S. citizens will surely lose them.
