SPEND MONEY ON REHABILITATION

A police investigation into Mayor Sam Sullivan's attempts to gain a
better understanding of drug addicts is a waste of time and taxpayers'
money.

Prosecuting Sam Sullivan will do nothing to help the addicts on our
streets.

Drug addicts will do anything for a fix, including stealing, selling
their bodies or trafficking drugs to others.

I'd rather see more money spent on rehab programs and recovery
services than another useless attempt at finger-pointing.
