Stephen Harper will never keep his GST promise. It is just a ploy to
grab votes.
If Harper wants to give Canadians a break, he should pledge to stop
wasting billions a year enforcing the prohibition of marijuana, and
reap $3 billion more in annual tax revenue by regulating the sale of
marijuana like alcohol and tobacco.
