ANOTHER LEGAL UPGRADE NEEDED
Re: Welcome Upgrades To Canada's Democracy, editorial, Aug. 19.
I like the way the National Post argued for changes in Canada's
election law, noting: "When a law can be so easily flouted that it
has literally become a joke, it's time for that law to go." Ditto for
the law banning marijuana, I would say.
