POT NEEDS BETTER REGULATION

First, I want thank Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood. He has a
lot to deal with in regard to the medicinal marijuana collectives,
and the unjust medicinal cards that are given out every day for the
most minor of illnesses and injuries.

There are definitely folks who can get relief and be helped by pot
when all other remedies have been tried, but I recall a great example
of the fraud in this situation in the story of a man who appeared on
TV last year; he received a card because he hurt his shoulder pumping
iron in the gym. Regulate it more, and eliminate these hippies who
have jumped on the wagon ride.

And the attorney representing the collectives must have forgotten
he's in Kern County. Just what did he expect?
