Cannabis addicts must get help now(in big black letters)

"Drugs are pulling Scots into the depths of despair.

The only way to help addicts is to take their problems seriously
regardless of the substance they're addicted to.

I live with someone who is addicted to to the socalled "soft drug"
cannabis.When we sought help,we were told that money was only available
to whelp those addicted to hard drugs

Cannabis wrecks lives,and more experts should recognise this."
