A little Public Service Announcement in case you been under a rock for the 30 days or so... this May 2nd is Election day all across Canada!

the power to vote in a democratic society is such an under-rated privilege we have, privilege that too many Canadians takes for granted (in my opinion, at least) for various reasons and i this is pure BS (again, thats in my opinion)


**Who will you elect to Office is YOUR choice and it is personal and NOBODY should pressure you to theirs!**


"I cant go vote because of my work" is NOT an excuse! the Canadian Electoral Law allows 3 hours from your regular work schedule to have enough time to go to vote. Your employer are (or should be) all aware of that fact so they cannot do or say ANYTHING about it or hold it against you!

another nice FYI, did you know that if you do not believe in any of the Candidates is worth your vote. there's absolutely NOTHING wrong in voiding your vote by simply checking ALL of the check-boxes next to the candidate's name.

All in all, ill finish with this: No excuse is a good excuse to not perform this simple but empowering civic duty we have that many many people around the world do not have the luxury of doing. Get your ass up, GO VOTE!

We sincerely believe that every new DJs deserve their moment under the spot lights. Two of them will be given the opportunity to make their 'Grand Debute' at Heroes Vs. Villains!


Some Guidelines...


- Choose your side!

Contestants will have to submit a demo mix in either one of categories: Epic & Uplifting -or- Dark & Aggressive! A winner will be chosen for each category, so pick your side well... ;)


- Show your colors!

There is no better ways to make your mark than be heard on the radio! Contestants can send a short description of your mix, DJ name, style and genre along with download links and tracklisting to heroes@datagramradio.org or villains@datagramradio.org depending on what side they taken


Just one simple rule:
In order to qualify, the minimum length of demos must be at least 45mins.
