This whole article is ridiculous. How dare that person criticize our entire healthcare system over her death!

BULLSHIT! The hospital in Sainte-Agathe has a CT scanner! And are you telling me that that neurosurgeons are available anywhere and everywhere in the U.S? With all do respect, she died for two reasons: 1) She was an inexperienced skier who wasn't wearing a helmet, 2) she initially refused treatment.

I know our system is not perfect, but to write that CANADACARE MAY HAVE KILLED NATASHA is uncalled for. In this case, there are definitely some gaps. Maybe having a Medical Helicopters available in Québec could have made a difference, maybe not. Who knows?

Probably over a billion.

Big thanks to Murdock for mentioning this guys name in another thread, because I haven't watched one of this guys videos since I was maybe 13-years old. Back when I was big on skating, this guy was my hero. He inspired me enough to learn how to do casper flips and dark slides, and for that he shall forever hold a special place in my heart.

So without out further delay, I present... Rodney Mullen.

FYI, the video has two parts, the first one being Rodney Mullen, the second one is Daewon Song, who is another amazing skater.

I always love taking the taxi. Especially when I'm high, or coming down after a serious night of partying.

Ruined: Taxi driver was suppose to drive me to LaSalle from Fort Street, but made a wrong turn at the Turcot Interchange, going up towards Decarie instead of towards de La Vérendrye.
Ruined: Guy made ANOTHER wrong turn, taking Autoroute Jean-Lesage, towards Angrignon!
Ruined: At this point me and the driver are fucking yelling at eachother! I'm telling him that he can't do his job, and that he's taking me for a joy ride, and he's calling me an asshole, and threatening to drop me off on the highway.
Made: After finally getting back on track, we get to talking about how much energy we waste getting angry over a few dollars, end up laughing about the whole thing, and shake hands.

Life is a weird thing sometimes.

Seriously. But I figure that Trojan as a condom refers to the defenders of Troy, who managed to defend the city for nearly a decade, as opposed to the horse itself.

But still. There's a whole lot of irony in there.
